Section 1
Eligibility, Registration and Account Management
The following provisions govern who may use 8basa and the obligations that arise upon registering and maintaining an account on the platform.
1.1
Age and Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 8basa. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older, that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence, and that you are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by 8basa or any other gambling operator. 8basa reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
1.2
Account Registration
When registering an account with 8basa, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You must promptly update your account information if any of it changes. Each person may hold only one active account with 8basa. Where 8basa discovers that a user holds multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — 8basa reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and void any pending transactions.
1.3
Account Security and Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8basa username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. You agree to notify 8basa immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. 8basa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Where 8basa has reasonable grounds to suspect that account credentials have been compromised, 8basa may suspend the account pending verification.
1.4
KYC Verification
8basa is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of your identity (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of payment method ownership before your account can process withdrawals above certain thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on 8basa are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following provisions apply to all deposits, withdrawals, and related payment activity on the platform.
2.1
Accepted Payment Methods
8basa currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. 8basa does not accept third-party deposits — any funds received from a payment source not registered to the account holder will be returned where possible, and the account may be subject to review. 8basa reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
2.2
Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 8basa account within 30 seconds of confirmation. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. 8basa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system downtime outside of 8basa's control. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account's Cashier section.
2.3
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes to bKash and Nagad. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account or to a verified payment method linked to the account. 8basa reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where 8basa identifies suspicious activity, pending bonus wagering requirements, or unresolved KYC requirements.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
8basa offers various promotional bonuses to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The following provisions apply to all 8basa promotions.
Wagering Requirement Note
The wagering requirement (rollover) for a bonus is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x rollover requires ৳20,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met. Always check the specific wagering requirement attached to each promotion before claiming it.
3.1
Eligibility and Claiming
Bonuses are available only to registered, verified account holders who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion's individual terms. 8basa reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on factors including but not limited to account history, deposit method, and geographic location. Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible account unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
3.2
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specified in the individual promotion terms. Until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
3.3
Abuse of Promotions
8basa reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and suspend or permanently close accounts where 8basa determines, in its sole reasonable judgment, that a user has abused any promotional offer. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors to generate artificial winnings, coordinating with other users to manipulate bonus conditions, and providing false information to meet eligibility criteria.

Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct
8basa is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following provisions describe the responsible gaming tools available to users and the conduct that is strictly prohibited on the platform.
4.1
Responsible Gaming Tools
8basa provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users: (a) Deposit Limits — you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account; (b) Session Time Reminders — configurable alerts notifying you of the duration of your current session; (c) Self-Exclusion — you may apply to have your account temporarily or permanently suspended if you feel you need a break from gambling. 4.2
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8basa and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action: using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform; attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or latencies to gain an unfair advantage; engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game or betting outcomes; money laundering or using 8basa for any unlawful financial activity; accessing 8basa from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and providing false personal information during registration or KYC.
4.3
Account Suspension and Termination
8basa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the account is being used for prohibited purposes, or where continuing to operate the account would expose 8basa or its users to legal or financial risk. In the event of account termination for a breach of these Terms, 8basa is not obligated to return funds held in the account at the time of closure. Where termination is for operational reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method.

Intellectual Property, Liability Limitation and Amendments
The following provisions address intellectual property ownership, the limitation of 8basa's liability to users, and the process by which these Terms may be amended over time.
5.1
Intellectual Property
All content on the 8basa platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of 8basa or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 8basa platform without prior written consent from 8basa.
5.2
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8basa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from system downtime, game errors, payment processing delays, or decisions made by you based on information available on the platform. 8basa's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5.3
Amendments to These Terms
8basa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 8basa will provide notice to registered users via the platform or by email to the address registered on the account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using 8basa and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining verified balance.
5.4
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the 8basa Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8basa with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
